Visiting Regulations

In order to guarantee a pleasant visit to Città dei Bambini e dei Ragazzi, it is necessary to respect the visitor regulations and the rules of conduct:

Tickets
Tickets are not nominal; Each ticket entitles you to only one access and cannot be reused; once you leave La Città dei Bambini e dei Ragazzi it is not possible to re-enter with the same ticket.
The visitor assistance staff is authorized to request the exhibition of the entrance ticket: therefore, please keep it carefully until the end of the visit.

The entrance times to the structure are as follows:

10am
11:00 am
12:00 pm
1:00 pm
2pm
3pm
4:00 pm
It is necessary to book and respect the date and time of entry.

To allow the little ones to play safely, older children are not allowed in the 2-4 year old area.

The construction site of the house under construction

Access to the construction site is permitted for children up to 5 years of age.

Child surveillance
It is not allowed to leave children alone inside the structure.

Photo and video
Only children visiting under their own responsibility are allowed to take photos or videos.

Animals
Sorry, pets are not allowed in.

Smoke
Smoking is not permitted.

Food and beverages
It is not possible to consume food or drinks in the exhibition halls and in areas where this is not expressly provided for.

Protection of order and security
Inside the City of Children and Teens it is forbidden to bring:

• knives, pointed, sharp and blunt objects;
• weapons and ammunition;
• flammable or explosive materials

NB The deposit of such objects is not permitted.

• Entry to armed visitors is forbidden, even if they have a regular firearms licence.
  Propaganda actions are not permitted along the exhibition route and in the external areas adjacent to the entrance to the structure.
• Visitors are also invited to behave in a manner appropriate to the place and not to disturb or damage the structure, other visitors and the staff on duty.
• Visitor assistance staff, in the event of inappropriate behaviour, has the right to ask people to identify themselves, in order to protect the safety and tranquility of visitors.
• In the event of persistence of unauthorized behaviour, the visitor assistance staff will be entitled to activate procedures to have those responsible for such behavior removed, while the management reserves the right to take appropriate measures.
