CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE OF LA CITTÀ DEI BAMBINI E DEI RAGAZZI TICKETS
The general conditions described below govern the relations between Costa Edutainment (hereinafter referred to as CE), the company providing the online ticketing service, and the users of this service.

Art. 1 – OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
The service provided by CE has as its object the provision of information relating to entrances to La Città dei Bambini e dei Ragazzi, as well as the possibility for users to book and purchase entrance tickets to the structure described above and related services. This service is provided through the website
www.acquariodigenova.it.
Art. 2 – METHOD OF BOOKING AND PURCHASE OF TICKETS
To book and purchase tickets, you must complete the online form prepared by CE in all its mandatory parts. We kindly ask you to read the provisions to protect your privacy. Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is successfully completed. The purchase of tickets is finalized by completing the form and making the payment. Multiple tickets can be purchased with one transaction.
Art. 3 – TICKETS PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made by credit card VISA, Master Card, American Express, MAE, DinersClub and Paypal, following the provisions illustrated in the procedures described online.
Art. 4 – TICKETS RECEPTION PROCEDURES
At the end of the payment by credit card, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent with the "Order confirmation with ticket attached" attached, valid for accessing the booked facility using the ticket attached.

Art. 5 – PRICES AND VALIDITY OF TICKETS
The prices and validity of the City of Children and Teens tickets and of the combined tickets (i.e. those that include access to the Genoa Aquarium: AcquarioVillage ticket and Acquario + City of Children and Teens ticket) are specified during the purchase procedure. The sales system of the aforementioned combined tickets makes use of a platform whose peculiarity consists in making the prices for access to the structure dynamic.
This means that the prices presented during the purchase procedure may undergo changes in the face value, at the unquestionable judgment of CE, according to some variables, including, by way of example only: high/low season, time slot entrance, climatic conditions, etc.
These changes occur on a daily basis and during the night and concern tickets with a FIXED DATE and TIME SLOT including, as anticipated, admission to the Genoa Aquarium. It is understood that for each purchase concluded, it could always happen that the same fixed-date security purchased at a specific price for a specific entry date and time slot could undergo downward or upward variations during the night following the date of purchase by virtue of the aforementioned variables. Please note that the price displayed at the time of purchase is the best possible at the time of purchase. In any case, the aforementioned modifications will not affect the amount paid at the time of purchase, which will remain unchanged and will not give rise to price integration obligations or refund rights.
OPEN tickets "are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase" and will have a unique and defined value. They will not undergo price changes according to the variables defined above, subject to periodic changes from the price list.
Art. 6 – MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF TICKET AND REQUEST FOR REFUND
The FIXED DATE online ticket is not refundable in any way and cannot be combined with other promotions. The date and time slot cannot be changed for any reason. The OPEN ticket is non-refundable.
Art. 7 – RESPECT OF THE DATE AND TIME SLOT OF ENTRY TO THE CITY OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE
The date and time slot chosen for the visit to the City of Children and Teenagers must be respected. It will therefore not be possible to access on a date or time slot other than that indicated on the ticket itself. These conditions also apply to combined tickets (Acquariovillage – Acquario di Genova + La Città dei Bambini e dei Ragazzi) for access to the Acquario di Genova and La Città dei Bambini e dei Ragazzi. The other structures can be visited within the validity of the ticket.
Art. 8 – APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION OF BELONGING AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
These terms and conditions, as well as the provision of our services, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law. Notwithstanding what has been said about the jurisdiction, a natural person who uses any of our services for a use that can be considered unrelated to his professional activity (hereinafter also referred to as "consumer") can invoke the laws in force in the country in which he has his habitual residence. Any dispute arising from these general terms and conditions and from our services must exclusively be presented to the competent courts. For consumers in the European Economic Area: If you have any complaints, we recommend that you first contact our Customer Care. If the matter is not resolved, you can send the complaint via the European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution, which you can find at this address:

The translated version is unofficial and for illustrative purposes only, therefore without legal value. In the event of disputes or inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Italian text and the translations into other languages of these Terms and Conditions, the Italian text will prevail and will be the final version. In the event that any of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, loses validity, is or becomes non-binding, you will continue to abide by all the other clauses established herein. In this case we will replace the aforementioned clause with a clause that is valid and binding, which has an effect as similar as possible to the replaced one and which you undertake to accept in compliance with the contents and purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
